The Role: Studio Manager

What You’ll Do:

Operations & Flow

• Keep daily studio life running smoothly
• Own class schedules, staff rosters, and client appointments
• Coordinate workshops, events, and community collaborations

Team Leadership

• Lead, support, and inspire instructors and front-of-house crew
• Onboard and mentor new team members
• Host regular check-ins to keep the team aligned and thriving

Marketing & Community Vibes

• Collaborate on class promotions and event campaigns
• Help shape our social presence through content support
• Cultivate real relationships with our growing client base

Client Experience

• Deliver exceptional service with warmth and grace
• Handle client feedback and inquiries with professionalism
• Maintain our studio’s calming, intentional atmosphere

What They're Looking For:

• Experience in studio management or team coordination (bonus if in wellness or boutique fitness)
• An understanding of holistic movement and body-based practices
• Organised, communicative, and a natural problem-solver
• Comfortable using scheduling platforms and basic marketing tools
