Job summary

Form Careers is seeking a Studio Lead for luxury hospitality interiors based in London, with a portfolio spanning luxury hotels, restaurants and bars worldwide.

This is a senior, client-facing role coordinating the design team and serving as the main contact for hotel owners and operators on major hospitality projects. The position is London-based with potential relocation to a European office.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in hospitality interior design, ideally luxury hotels.
• Track record of dealing directly with hoteliers and operators.
• Experience leading or mentoring a design team.
• Fluent English; other European languages are a bonus.
• Confident, organized and calm approach to complex projects.

Responsibilities

Studio Lead – Luxury Hospitality Interiors

We're working with an internationally recognised interior design studio, known for luxury hotels, restaurants and bars around the world, to appoint a Studio Lead for one of its European studios.

This is a senior, client-facing role. You'll lead a design team day to day and be the main point of contact for hotel owners and operators on major hospitality projects.

Please note, our client is looking for someone based in London, but open to relocating to their European office.
