As a Studio Engineering Manager, you will own the development across the studio's engineering teams, leading strategic planning while overseeing team growth and changes. You will take responsibility for career development of existing staff and work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure long-term effectiveness in hiring for ongoing projects.
Your focus will be on ensuring your team members are valued and equipped to deliver projects, mapping their development and managing performance. You will be a key figure in planning for future projects with a long-term strategy for the engineering teams at both Reflections and Leamington Spa studios.
Effective communication, emotional intelligence, and political intelligence are essential for managing multiple departments and interactions with HQ and other Ubisoft Studios, influencing the group positively.
Working collaboratively with Talent Managers and Production teams, you will help build and maintain a strong studio culture and ensure the wellbeing of our talented teams and individuals.
