Job summary

The Studio is seeking a seasoned Creative Director to lead the artist's practice and its widening creative ventures. You will work closely with the artist and in-house design team to translate evolving ideas into fully realised creative projects—from artwork to products and visual identity.

This senior, hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, ability to manage creative and production teams, and a knack for balancing big-picture thinking with meticulous execution.

Qualifications

• Strong creative leadership and visual thinking with high attention to detail.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across art, design, film, and exhibitions.
• Ability to translate evolving ideas into clear briefs, priorities and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and shape ideas from concept to final execution across artwork, exhibitions, film, publications, products and identity.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of permanent staff and freelancers, providing direction and feedback.
• Coordinate with external designers, fabricators and manufacturers to realise creative requirements.
• Turn intuitive conversations into clear briefs, briefs into workable plans and workflows while maintaining spontaneity.
