Through a rich understanding of the landscape and environments around us, we build concepts and stories which impact culture, make a difference and drive action. We show up with energy and personality, building magnetic campaigns with a human touch.

About The Role

We have a brand new vacancy for a Studio Coordinator to join our world class team. You’ll be reporting to our Studio Manager and working within our wider Operations structure.

They say you can only make a first impression once - as our Studio Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force and a leading personality behind ensuring our studio and environment is maintained to the highest standard, providing the best representation of our ethos to our staff and clients.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, calm and confident with a highly approachable demeanour - eager to support the Studio Manager and other key personnel in the company.

You’ll play a key part in nourishing our everyday culture and atmosphere, making sure it remains healthy and reflective of our positive, progressive values. From supporting the ongoing resourcing requirements of the business, to greeting guests and clients, to executing brilliant internal events, you will help embody everything we really mean by Midnight Club.

Beyond the core responsibilities of your role, you will also have many development opportunities to support our extended teams on a selection of brilliant projects across global sport and lifestyle culture.

What you will be doing
  • Ensuring the creative studio has everything it needs to thrive, including but not limited to hardware [and plantware!]
  • Be a driving force behind the programming and production of Midnight events, everything from Summer and Xmas parties to other cultural moments.
  • Working with the Studio Manager to coordinate any Midnight events, either in the space or externally.
  • Supporting the Studio Manager with internal resource requests and the management of external suppliers.
  • Working with landlords/contractors/Midnight staff to facilitate any works or improvements to the space.
  • Developing and facilitating internal initiatives, such as talks, events, and screenings.
  • Keeping the internal environment looking its best and making sure we’re always fully stocked on supplies i.e. pantry restock, kitchen supplies, etc.
  • Working with the departments to manage all stock and product flowing into and out of the studio.
  • Working with the project teams to make sure the latest campaign works are on display and meeting rooms are looking sharp.
  • Assisting the Studio Manager in admin tasks and receiving mail and packages for the studio and team, as needed.
  • Adhering to our local & environmental purchasing policies, reviewing the targets from our impact report.
  • Management of the groups travel system and booking company travel as required for the various project teams.
  • Be the person to meet and greet visitors to the studio ensuring they are welcomed and looked after.
About yourself
  • You have 1+ years of studio/office/event management experience.
  • Experience with traffic management software like Float, Jira, Monday, or Asana is considered a plus.
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers and contractors is considered a plus.
  • You will be required to work from our Shoreditch studio 4x per week [although this might not be necessary every single week].
  • Candidates ideally demonstrate a clear passion for sport, entertainment and / or lifestyle cultures.
The package
  • Xmas office closure in addition to your Holiday entitlement.
  • Company healthcare for yourself with Health Shield.
  • Assistance programme with 24/7 confidential access as part of your Health Shield plan.
  • Flexible working scheme - WFH 1x per week for this role.
  • Mentoring programme parallel to your Line Management scheme.
  • Full access to a range of training courses.
