Job description

Our client is a Luxury Women’s RTW brand with a global following. They are looking for a Studio Co-ordinator to join the team to support with all Studio administration, providing support within Shoot Operations and co-ordination.

This is a great role for someone who is either a Studio Assistant looking to take the step up, or for someone who is an existing Co-ordinator looking for a new challenge and to be part of something special.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Provide support and assist with the studio and showroom calendar, co-ordinating and scheduling as required, keeping yourself updated on key dates and events.
  2. Manage the procurement of supplies needed within the studio, ensuring they are ordered and stocked, readily available as required.
  3. Ensure all required equipment is in place and in the correct working order.
  4. Provide support to the models, assist with castings and any requirements they may have, ensuring the models' welfare is a priority.
  5. General admin and support within the studio, including providing refreshments and setting up the studio space for meetings, steaming, and preparing samples.
  6. Provide invaluable support through peak periods (and in general day-to-day) to the Studio Manager, whether this is arranging transport of items required for shoots, booking staff, and acting as a main point of contact on site at shoots.
  7. Provide any other ad hoc support to the Studio Manager/team as required.

Our client is looking for someone with:

  1. Previous experience working in a fashion company; working in luxury would be beneficial and desirable.
  2. Strong administrative and organisational skills, coupled with a “can do” attitude.
  3. Clear and concise communication, both written and spoken.
  4. A proactive approach; able to work under direction as well as with your own initiative and take accountability for your tasks and anticipate needs.
  5. Confidence in working with key senior stakeholders in the business.
  6. Exceptional admin and data management skills.
  7. A strong professional outlook, able to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality, and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, solving problems quickly and efficiently.
  8. Ability to complete tasks on time, with a high attention to detail.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

This is a permanent role; however, we are also open to speaking to available candidates with the correct skillset for a fixed-term contract to start immediately.
