Job summary

The Production Factory, in partnership with M&S at Big Sky Studios, is hiring a Lead Creative Producer to lead the production team and shape brand content across photography and video. You will manage weekly shoots, align with brand guidelines, and deliver assets on time and within budget.

This studio-based role requires strong end-to-end production skills, people leadership, and fluency in coordinating art direction, styling, casting, post-production and on-set logistics to ensure top-quality

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience
• Background in fashion and home retail
• Experience across photography, video and post-production
• Ability to manage weekly shoot planning and budgets
• Strong end-to-end creative production knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• On-site availability 5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to deliver content meeting brand goals across platforms
• Manage end-to-end planning for weekly shoots with brand direction
• Direct Line management of PA team
• Oversee full content lifecycle from samples to final delivery and handover to M&S
• Receive shoot forecast and update studio teams and freelancers
• Create project plans, schedules, and call sheets coordinating imagery, video and post-production
• Work with Creative Services Manager on styling for digital shoots
• Coordinate models, stylists and crew bookings, travel and catering
• Lead weekly planning and status meetings with clients
• Track spend and negotiate rates to stay within budget
• Handle administrative tasks like invoices and POs
