  • Update the contacts database.
  • Manage the general company email inbox.
  • Coordinate meetings with potential and existing clients.

Skills

Previous experience in a studio support or coordination role
Experience within architecture or design studio desirable
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe CS
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

Job description

An award-winning architecture firm is seeking a motivated studio assistant/PA to join its central London-based office. You will be responsible for assisting the Practice Manager with administration support to the wider office, PA support to the directors and ad-hoc tasks as necessary.

This is fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a creative environment and really make the role their own.

This is a part time role - 8.30am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage directors’ diaries and arrange and manage meetings.
  • Book travel, accommodation and couriers.
  • Provide administrative support to the studio.
  • Organise social events and trips.
  • Manage all meeting rooms and ensure they're kept presentable.
  • Order stationary and food supplies for the office and manage petty cash.
  • Book travel for staff and senior management.
  • Update the contacts database.
  • Manage general company email inbox and action any queries.
  • Coordinate meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Arrange taxis/couriers and deal with any mail.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a studio support or coordination role.
  • Experience within architecture or design studio desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe CS.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven self-starter who is able to work independently and use initiative.
  • Forward thinker who can plan ahead and ensure each day runs smoothly.
