Job description

By Meg Bridal is looking for a proactive, creative Studio Assistantwho enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.

The successful applicant will support the creative and administrative sides of the business, from ewing and studio organisation to social media and website updates, and campaign preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with sewing tasks such as hand finishing, steaming, packaging, and garment preparation.
  • Support with day-to-day studio organisation, stock management, and general upkeep.
  • Help with admin tasks, including responding to enquiries, managing bookings, and updating client records.
  • Contribute to social media planning, posting, and engagement across Instagram and other platforms.
  • Assist with website updates, image uploads, and basic content management.
  • Support creative projects and shoots, to campaign preparations.
  • Capture and create content that reflects the By Meg Bridal aesthetic and values.
  • Participate in brainstorming and contribute fresh ideas for marketing, events, and collaborations.
What we're looking for :
  • A minimum of basic sewing and garment-handling skills.
  • Confident using social media, especially Instagram
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable switching between creative and administrative tasks.
  • Good written communication and a friendly, professional approach.
  • A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to get stuck in with all aspects of studio life.
  • Experience in Canva, Lightroom, or similar tools is a plus
  • Interest in sustainability, design, and bridal fashion is a plus
