Job Description

We are looking for a studio and general e-commerce assistant to help with the following tasks:

• Quality inspection of samples, stock, and trims
• Liaising with factories to manage sampling processes and production
• Inventory and stock management
• Creating and scheduling social media posts
• Reviewing and replying to customer inquiries
• Liaising with our warehouse to amend orders as requested by customers
• Writing and publishing weekly articles on our website
• Writing and sending weekly promotional emails to customers
• Updating website content and images as necessary
• Monitoring paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Communicating and managing collaborations with potential partners
• Assisting with photo and video shoots (if scheduled)
• Assisting with pop-up shops (if scheduled)
• Performing other general duties related to daily operations

Time Commitment

We seek a candidate for 1-2 days a week, with flexible hours. This role is suitable for students or recent graduates. If you are interested but cannot work as many hours, please get in touch; however, a minimum of 1 day per week is required. The role requires working at our office in Hoxton, London. Remote work is not available.
