Job description

A respected and design-led architecture practice is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organisedStudio Administrative & Front of House Assistantto join their team. This is a key role at the heart of the studio — acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

You’ll be the face of the studio, creating a warm and welcoming environment, while also taking on a variety of administrative tasks to support the wider team. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys people-facing responsibilities but is equally confident behind the scenes, keeping everything organised and running efficiently.

Please note: Previous experience working within an architecture practice is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities could include:
• Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner — acting as the first point of contact for the studio.
• Manage phone calls, emails, post, and general front desk duties.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in setting up for internal and external meetings.
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks including diary coordination, event logistics, and travel arrangements.
• Oversee studio supplies and liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure a well-maintained environment.
• Assist with team socials, presentations, and studio events where needed.

Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional manner.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, reliable, and confident in a client-facing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with creative studio workflows.
