StudentCare Consultant – Maternity Cover (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Hove | Salary: £25,000 | Full-Time

About the Role

As a StudentCare Consultant, you'll be a key point of contact for our students throughout their learning journey, from enrolment through to completion. You’ll provide proactive, student-focused support, helping learners stay motivated, overcome challenges, and reach their goals.

You’ll need to be an exceptional communicator, highly organised, and confident using IT systems. If you enjoy building relationships and delivering great service, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for student queries via phone and email

  • Facilitate onboarding through virtual orientation webinars

  • Proactively support students with regular 1:1 check-in calls

  • Troubleshoot platform or access issues and escalate as needed

  • Guide students through exam readiness and provide motivation and reassurance

  • Manage student complaints empathetically and professionally, liaising with internal teams to resolve

  • Complete admin tasks in line with individual and team KPIs

  • Champion the student experience to drive positive outcomes and feedback

Hours of Work
  • Monday to Friday on a rotating shift: 08:00–16:30, 09:00–17:30, or 10:00–18:30

  • Occasional Saturday working (approx. 1 in every 6 weeks)
