Ash Grove School is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to support pupils academically and personally. You will help promote positive behaviour, improve attendance, support safeguarding, and lead pastoral and SEND/SEMH interventions, working closely with students, families, staff and external agencies to create an inclusive environment where every pupil can thrive.
