About the Role

  • Position of Leadership POL 2
  • Full Time
  • Student Wellbeing Leader P-6 (12 periods / cycle), Wellness Program (3 periods / cycle) + some classroom teaching
  • Fixed Term commencing Term 2, 2025 or earlier by negotiation to the end of the 2026 School year
  • This role provides the opportunity to develop, implement and lead wellbeing programs, create a supporting and inclusive environment where students feel safe, valued, and empowered, working closely with teachers, parents, and support teams to ensure a holistic approach to student wellbeing.

About You

  • A four-year teaching qualification or equivalent and eligibility for Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration with education
  • Hold a Post Graduate degree in educational management / leadership / student wellbeing / administration or relevant area or working towards this would be desirable
  • Experience providing a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel empowered to reach their full potential
  • Demonstrated capacity to foster independence, resilience and responsibility in students
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in designing and implementing appropriate programs and curriculum
