The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking to appoint a dedicated Pastoral Leader to join the Pastoral Team at Prince Albert High School.

You will oversee pastoral provision and early help for pupils and families, lead whole school behaviour, attendance and safeguarding, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment. The post offers bespoke professional development, powerful collaboration with partners, and clear progression within the MAT.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and compassionate with strong leadership skills.
• Experience in pastoral provision and safeguarding.
• Excellent literacy and communication skills.
