A leading international education provider seeks a Wellbeing & Engagement Officer to enhance student experiences through face-to-face and online support. You will be responsible for ensuring student welfare, coordinating engagement activities, and providing first-level support. Location: Stockton-on-Tees, Durham International Study Centre
Salary: £24,570 per annum
The Wellbeing & Engagement Officer’s role is to support students face-to-face and online.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering services and processes that provide an excellent student experience. This requires excellent people skills and good administrative ability. The post holder will provide first-level support and referrals to specialist services as needed, and establish activities to help students develop skills and confidence outside the classroom.
