We’re looking for passionate students to join our Board of Trustees as Student Trustees. This is a voluntary, part-time leadership opportunity where you’ll help shape the strategic direction of Aberdeen University Students’ Union (AUSA), ensuring we remain student-focused, financially sound, and legally compliant.
You don’t need previous trustee or governance experience just a commitment to student representation, a willingness to learn, and an interest in leadership and organisational decision-making
The Board of Trustees is the governing body of AUSA. It ensures that the organisation fulfils its charitable purpose and remains accountable to students, funders, and regulators. Student Trustees play a vital role in bringing the lived experience of the student community into the highest levels of decision-making.
