As part of the catering team you will run tills, handle payments, assist customers, restock, and maintain cleanliness. Flexible shifts, at least 2 per week, with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Student currently studying at Coleg Gwent, Crosskeys Campus.
• Commit to at least 2 shifts per week.
• Friendly and approachable, reliable and punctual.
• Excellent customer service attitude and team player.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate tills and process cash and card payments accurately.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with food and beverage purchases.
• Replenish stock and service areas as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation around service points.
• Support catering team during busy periods.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety and company procedures.
• Work as part of a team to create a positive customer experience.
