Job Description:

Are you a Student Teacher looking to expand your experience while completing your teaching qualification?

Education Supply Pool is a PAYE employer recruiting Student Teachers to start work in Tredegar and surrounding areas on a supply basis immediately.

Supply work is ideal for those wanting to experience different schools, retain flexibility around work, and sharpen skills before pursuing a permanent position. Holding a valid UK driver’s license would increase opportunities.

Requirements:

• On course to obtain QTS, PGCE, or a BA in Education?
• Minimum 3 months teaching experience within a UK Primary or Secondary School
• Ability to handle challenging behaviour and maintain discipline
• Plan innovative and creative lessons aligned with Education and Training standards
• Liaise with staff to deliver the curriculum
• Assess pupils' progress
• Inspire and motivate pupils

As a valued member of ESP, you’ll receive:

• A minimum pay rate of at least M1 (Currently £110 per day)
• A £125 referral scheme
• A variety of daily, short-term, and long-term positions
• No need to complete timesheets
• Pay via PAYE directly through Education Supply Pool, not an umbrella company
