Job Description:

Are you currently a Student Teacher looking to expand your experience while completing your teaching qualification?

Education Supply Pool is a PAYE employer recruiting Student Teachers to work in Newport and surrounding areas on a supply basis immediately.

Supply work is ideal for those wanting to experience different schools, maintain flexibility around work, and sharpen skills before pursuing a permanent role. Holding a valid UK driver’s license would increase opportunities.

The successful candidate:

• Are you on course to obtain QTS, PGCE, or a BA in Education?
• Have a minimum of 3 months teaching experience within a UK primary or secondary school?
• Can handle challenging behaviour and maintain discipline?
• Can plan innovative and creative lessons aligned with Education and Training standards?
• Can liaise with staff to deliver curriculum?
• Can assess pupils' progress?
• Can inspire and motivate pupils?

Benefits:

• Minimum pay rate of £110 per day (M1)
