Job Purpose:
  1. To provide support (both group and 1:1) for learners with additional needs on College Provision.
  2. To work alongside tutors to provide effective support for learners in a classroom environment, follow directions from the tutor, and collaborate with other SSWs to support learners effectively.
  3. To liaise with key team members to develop planning that supports learners in educational and pastoral activities, promoting progression into independent learning and further training and educational opportunities.
