Job summary

Capability Scotland's Corseford College in Inchinnan is looking for four full-time Student Support Workers to join our compassionate team. You will provide care and support to students, enabling access to learning programs and adapting materials to individual needs.

35 hours per week across 51 weeks, with potential part-time discussions. Ideal candidates are confident and caring, with experience supporting young people or adults with additional support needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people or adults with additional support needs.
• Compassionate and caring approach.
• Ability to adapt learning materials to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to students to enable access to learning programs.
• Support delivery of teaching and learning activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks and aid mobility and supervision as required.
• Administer medication, epilepsy management, gastrostomy feeding or other needs as directed with training.
