Job description

We are seeking to appoint a Student Support Officer from September 2025. This is a key role in the care and behavioural support of our students. The student support team at St John Fisher Catholic High school is one of the best around and we want to recruit an outstanding individual who can put students at the heart of everything they do. The responsibilities will include monitoring student progress, individual support programmes, mentoring of individual students, home school liaison and liaison with external agencies.

The role is for 37 hours per week term time only and training days.

St. John Fisher Catholic High School is an 11-18 comprehensive school with a rich Catholic ethos. There are 820 students on roll including the Sixth Form.
