Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors in person and over the phone.
- Assist students with inquiries related to admissions, course registrations, timetables, and general information.
- Maintain accurate student records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and student activities.
- Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and managing supplies.
- Support the admissions process, including processing applications, conducting interviews, and assisting with enrollments.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth communication and administrative efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
