Middlesbrough College is seeking a Student Support Mentor – Health & Care to help learners overcome challenges, build confidence and achieve success.
You will work with students requiring additional academic, wellbeing or study support, delivering tailored interventions to help them stay engaged and reach their potential. This role is part of the Nursing and Midwifery department and supports a wide range of learners across 37 hours per week during term-time.

Salary: £20,535 – £21,350 per annum (actual salary)
Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus statutory Bank Holidays (pro-rata)
