Job summary

The University of Liverpool is seeking an experienced and highly organised administrator to join the School Student Support Office in the School of Allied Health Professions & Nursing. You will provide pastoral support and guidance to students across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

This fixed-term maternity cover runs up to 12 months with hybrid working: 2 days per week on campus or at least 40% on campus, with 60% on campus desired where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students within a Higher Education Institution (HEI).
• Experience providing pastoral guidance and support to students.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
• Assist with the interpretation and application of procedural policies and regulations for students.
• Present information clearly to a variety of audiences.
