St Cross is looking to recruit a Student Support Co-ordinator to co-ordinate academic programme administration and student wellbeing activity as part of a small team in support of the Head of the Academic Office. This role is responsible for providing initial advice and guidance to students on a wide range of academic administrative support, wellbeing and welfare matters, taking action and signposting as appropriate. This post works closely with the Head of the Academic Office and the Student Representative Committee to provide students with holistic and timely support.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in administration or student services in a College or University department, experience of diary management, prioritising competing demands as well as the ability to handle difficult conversations in person and online.

Responsibilities
