We are looking for a compassionate and committed Student Support Assistant to work with students aged 15 and above with complex SEND needs at a school in the Haringey area. This role will begin after the Easter break.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide individual and group support to students with complex SEND needs
2. Assist with personal care while ensuring the students' health, safety, and dignity
3. Support students in reaching their full potential

Requirements:

1. Previous experience working with children or young adults with complex needs
2. A patient and compassionate attitude with the ability to manage personal care responsibilities
3. A genuine passion for supporting SEND students

Hours:

9:00 AM to 3:45 PM (flexible days, part-time or full-time available)
