Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Student Support Assistant to support pupils in lessons at one of our partner secondary schools in Monmouthshire. In this role, you’ll work closely with students who need extra support to stay focused, engaged, and motivated in class. You’ll be a positive role model, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and develop the confidence to achieve their potential.
