I am currently recruiting for a Student Success Tutor/ Academic Advisor to support students in achieving their academic goals by providing personalised guidance, coaching, and plans throughout their academic journey.
As a Student Success Tutor/ Academic Advisor, you will:
- Provide personalised guidance and coaching to students.
- Develop academic plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Monitor and support students' academic progress.
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experienced and qualified educator with a background in FE/HE or Secondary Education.
- Knowledge of awarding body regulations.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and associated principles.
