A leading innovative university is seeking a Student Success Coach to provide support and mentorship to students, especially first-years, navigating personal and academic challenges. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in coaching. This role offers flexibility with primarily remote working arrangements and competitive benefits, including generous holiday and pension plans.
Salary: £28,000 per annum

Working arrangements: This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require little to no travel to Arden locations (Birmingham, Coventry, Leeds, London - Stratford, Holborn & Ealing, Manchester or Nottingham). Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit, so an Arden work location is added to the employment contract.

The Student Experience team is dedicated to supporting and empowering students throughout their journey at Arden. They provide wellbeing support, academic guidance, career development, and engagement initiatives, ensuring every student feels connected and equipped for success. Our focus on innovation and continuous improvement helps create an inclusive and enriching learning environment.
As a success coach, you will provide holistic support, mentorship, and resources to help students, particularly first-years, navigate academic and personal challenges.
You will collaborate with the Academic Persistence team to foster persistence, wellbeing, and belonging while assisting with learning outcomes, assignment completion, and key academic milestones.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Student Success Coach with experience in addressing challenges and enhancing performance. The ideal candidate will excel in coaching, mentoring, advising, and guiding students while demonstrating strong independence and problem-solving skills.
