Job summary

The SU Bath Activities Team supports more than 200 student-led groups, including societies, volunteer projects, sports clubs, and community initiatives. Our team of Coordinators play a key role in helping these groups thrive by providing guidance, oversight, and administrative support across a wide range of activities.

As a Society Coordinator, you will advise student societies on event planning, risk assessments, budgets, venues, and event planning processes.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive individual with an understanding of event management.
• Confident using online administrative systems.
• Comfortable handling data and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with online platforms, including social media, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise on event planning, risk assessments, budgets, and venues.
• Monitor workloads of student staff and support project delivery.
• Coordinate training opportunities and marketing activities.
