We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and proactive Team Leader to oversee the Student Support Service at Kingston College. The role involves managing the Safeguarding Coordinator, Advisers, and Service Administration staff, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, and compliance with statutory legislation and best practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with college staff, external agencies, and the Service Head to promote student well-being and safeguarding awareness.
Requirements include a relevant degree or equivalent in fields such as Psychology, Social Science, Social Work, Youth & Community, Counselling, Teaching, or Management. Leadership and management experience, practitioner experience in safeguarding, and a thorough understanding of risk assessment and crisis intervention are essential. Experience working in an educational setting and with external agencies to support student well-being is also required.
