Job summary

All Saints Catholic College in Huddersfield is seeking a proactive Business Support Officer to join the Student Services team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering front-desk support and handling enquiries from staff, students, parents and external agencies with a courteous manner.

Training will be provided to enable you to offer first aid support as part of the role and to provide efficient customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role with strong IT skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks quickly, efficiently and calmly.
• Excellent organisational abilities and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in the Student Services office.
• Provide main reception duties when required.
• Handle enquiries from staff, students, parents and external agencies courteously.
• Provide first aid support as part of the role after training.
• Support a range of administrative tasks to support college operations.
