Overview

Do you enjoy providing support and delivering information to a diverse range of individuals?

Leeds Beckett University is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly customer-focussed individual to work within our Student Services Centres. The role holder will join the Student Services Directorate, providing a range of proactive advice and administrative support to students, staff and visitors, through a range of interventions, including telephone, email, frontline delivery and campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference and become part of a highly motivated and progressive team within Student Services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive advice and administrative support to students, staff and visitors through telephone, email, frontline delivery and campaigns.
Qualifications and attributes
  • Experience working within a busy customer-focused environment or higher education is preferred.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Flexible individual who can work across two campuses (city centre and Headingley) and onsite during opening hours 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
Working arrangements
  • Onsite working during opening hours; remote or flexible working is not available.
  • Two campuses: city centre and Headingley.
