The ideal candidate will lead the Student Services Team, ensure a warm environment for pupils, and handle administrative tasks efficiently. Job Title: Student Services Manager

We are seeking a highly reliable, efficient, and adaptable Student Services Manager to lead the Student Services Team and provide outstanding service for the Academy.

The successful candidate will:

  • Maintain a welcoming environment for pupils and staff
  • Be passionate about supporting children and the community
  • Make pupils feel valued and safe
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Offer enthusiasm and energy to the role
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Communicate effectively in writing, face-to-face, and over the phone
  • Organise and prioritise workload effectively
  • Possess knowledge of BROMCOM (training provided)
  • Previous school experience is preferable
