Salary: £26,443- £28,318; salary will be based on a salary assessment and experience.
Coleg Cambria is seeking a Student Services Advisor to handle daily learner inquiries via face-to-face, telephone, chat online, and email, providing appropriate information and support.
This includes assisting learners with welfare issues, course advice, DBS checks, and transport passes.
Essential Requirements:
Desirable: Welsh language skills. The college promotes the Welsh language, and applicants may submit applications in Welsh, which will be treated equally.
