Role Title: Student Services Advisor 4

Location: Deeside

Contract Type: Full time - Fixed Term until 31 March 2026

Salary: £26,443- £28,318; salary will be based on a salary assessment and experience.

Coleg Cambria is seeking a Student Services Advisor to handle daily learner inquiries via face-to-face, telephone, chat online, and email, providing appropriate information and support.

This includes assisting learners with welfare issues, course advice, DBS checks, and transport passes.

Essential Requirements:

  • Good standard of education (GCSE Grade D and above in literacy and numeracy)
  • NVQ Level 3 Advice and Guidance
  • Experience in providing advice and guidance
  • Experience handling young people's welfare issues
  • Experience managing sensitive situations
  • Knowledge of learner support issues
  • Personal resilience to handle various situations
  • Good ICT skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
