The Student Services at LSBU are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional for the role of Student Services Administrator to support the directorate with administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will report to the Director and assist various departments, including managing statistical data from internal and external sources and promoting the use of our digital platform Salesforce and its PDP functionality.
We require someone with proven experience in handling data and statistical information, with expert-level skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
This is a full-time (35 hours per week, Monday - Friday) and permanent position.
The University operates a hybrid working model, combining on-site and remote work. Specific days on campus will be coordinated with the line manager.
