Job summary

Bristol SU, in partnership with the University of Bristol, is seeking an Academic Representation Administrator. The role supports the running of the academic representation system and works closely with Academic Representation Coordinators to help representatives tackle issues and access resources.

You will record and promote the system's impact to students, keeping them informed about how their academic interests are represented at university.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing competing priorities.
• Ability to deliver efficient administrative support for a busy team.
• Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with running the academic representation system.
• Support Academic Representation Coordinators in helping representatives.
