About You
You will have a Level 5 qualification or higher and bring experience from an academic administrative role, ideally within a hospitality-focused higher education institution. Your understanding of educational processes, especially in an international context, will be key to your success.
You are:
A confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
A team player with a positive, professional attitude and a strong customer service ethos.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
Multilingual? That’s a plus French and/or other languages are advantageous.
