The Role: The Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in the processes within the Student Recruitment Department. This role involves developing and implementing quality control measures, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with the team to identify the areas for improvement.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship!


What the role involves:

  • Quality Check: Perform thorough quality checks on the cases to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
  • Process Improvement:Collaborate with relevant teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Documentation and Reporting:Generate regular reports on quality performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development:Develop and deliver training programs to educate team members on quality control measures and best practices.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Work closely with operations, and other relevant departments to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Compliance and Standards:Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality policies.

About You:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with Zoho CRM system.
  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
