About You
What we're looking for
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a positive and resilient approach to challenges
  • A track record of managing student recruitment activities (including open days)
  • Familiarity with the UK independent school sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communications with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Superb stakeholder management skills (engaging with students, families, staff and agents)
  • Very strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) is required
  • The ability to be office based for 5 days/week
