Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer

Scholars School System, a project of UK CURRICULUM & ACCREDITATION BODY (UKCAB), is seeking a Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer based in Birmingham, covering all campuses including Birmingham, Manchester, London, Bradford, and Leicester.

Reports to: Director of Admissions and Marketing

Purpose and Responsibilities:

The department focuses on meeting recruitment and conversion targets, maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders and all college departments. The ideal candidate is innovative, driven, and committed to the mission and values of Scholars School System. This is a permanent role.

Main duties include:

  • Developing relationships with schools, colleges, job centres, and training providers.
  • Implementing strategies to increase applications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Organizing campus events, including three Open Days attracting over 2,000 visitors each.
  • Leading recruitment activities regionally and nationally.
  • Managing communication plans, including content creation and stakeholder mailings.
  • Overseeing website content related to student recruitment and outreach.
  • Building and maintaining links with educational institutions and careers services.
  • Coordinating with marketing for promotional materials.
  • Managing activity data, feedback, and stakeholder records.
  • Representing Scholars School System at stakeholder meetings.
  • Performing other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/Master’s Degree in Marketing.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary.
  • Basic hours: 9 am to 6 pm on-site.
  • Travel may be required.
  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Up to £5,000 annual incentives, paid quarterly upon KPI achievement.
  • 3% annual salary increase upon meeting KPIs.
