Job Description:

Location: Hybrid (Remote + Wembley Stadium London Headquarters)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Reports to: Head of Global Student Recruitment

GIS aims to transform the global sports industry through innovative education. This role offers growth opportunities while engaging with prospective students online and at iconic sports venues worldwide.

Role Overview:

Support recruitment strategies by engaging with prospective students globally, representing GIS at events, and managing relationships. Execute recruitment campaigns, manage CRM, drive engagement, and coordinate student recruitment events.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification and Sales Funnel Management:
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
  • Assess lead suitability using established frameworks.
  • Build relationships through targeted email and phone campaigns.
  • Maintain and update CRM with prospective student information.
Events:
  • Assist in planning and delivering recruitment events.
  • Support logistical arrangements for in-person and virtual events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Represent GIS at various events and support student ambassadors.
Communication and Engagement:
  • Create and distribute promotional materials.
  • Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and educators.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Update CRM with event and lead data.
  • Analyze data to evaluate and improve strategies.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist recruitment and events teams with administrative tasks.
  • Manage event documentation and budgets.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree or relevant qualification.
  • Interest in sports, education, recruitment, and event management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience in sports or education industry.
  • Customer service or event coordination experience.
  • Experience with targets/KPIs and recruitment or sales success.
  • Familiarity with CRM and online event platforms.
