A leading university is seeking a full-time, permanent member for its Student Recruitment & Outreach team. The role focuses on engaging and converting prospective students from under-represented groups through innovative outreach and recruitment strategies. Working in the UK Student Recruitment & Outreach team, this role will focus on three main activities:
The role involves working independently, managing projects and resources, and representing the University to potential students, parents, and teachers. Building strong networks with schools and colleges is essential to increase applications and acceptances from under-represented groups.

The role is based in Reading, with some travel to UCAS or third-party fairs.
Safeguarding Requirements and Responsibilities:
