The Role: The Student Recruitment Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling the programs of the Universities/ Awarding bodies to our progressing students, responding to potential progressing students on various courses, and identifying the appropriate courses to meet their goals.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship!


What the role involves:

  • Making outbound calls to convert existing students into applications for further levels of qualification.
  • Organising outreach, events, and community activities to promote GBS and its courses, increasing intake numbers.
  • Supporting existing students interested in progressing to our courses through the application process and enrolment.
  • Accurately recording customer data into all appropriate systems in a timely manner.
  • Traveling to other GBS campuses as required by the business.

About You:

  • Effective communicator, empathetic, via phone, face-to-face, and in writing.
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Dedicated to providing first-class service to students.
  • Ability to work positively and effectively with others.
  • Quick and accurate information processing under time pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills (tasks, priorities, time).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with sound decision-making abilities.
