A healthcare organization in Redhill is seeking a Student Radiographer Practice Facilitator to work closely with students at various educational stages. This role involves ensuring quality practical placements and promoting high standards in imaging and patient care. The ideal candidate will need relevant education and the necessary professional registration. A supportive learning environment is essential, making this position crucial in developing future practitioners.
This fixed term position provides a 'hands-on' opportunity to work 1:1 with students from four universities at different stages in their education process (as well Apprentice radiographers and Practitioners) to ensure steady development towards personal practical and academic milestones.
Main Duties:
To facilitate positive, high quality practical placements
To promote the delivery of high standards of imaging and patient care
To assist in the development and enhancements of practical clinical skills
To provide a supportive learning environment
Ensuring accurate record keeping.
