Job summary

i-teachers is seeking a dedicated Student Progress Coach to support Year 11 students struggling with SEMH needs in a Bradford secondary academy. This paid role will commence in February 2025 and run through July 2025, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through one-on-one tuition outside of the classroom. Ideal candidates will be passionate graduates with strong organization and communication skills, eager to foster positive student outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree in Core Subject or Psychology required.
• Prior experience tutoring or working with young people essential.
• Passionate about supporting children, particularly those with SEMH needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to Year 11 students with SEMH needs.
• Support students with complex emotional or behavioural problems.
• Conduct sessions both inside and outside the classroom.
