The Faculty of Science and Technology at Lancaster University is seeking to appoint a part-time Student Programmes Coordinator, on a 0.8 FTE basis. Initially based in the School of Mathematical Sciences, as part of the Student Programmes Team, you will support the delivery and administration of student programmes and the student experience. The Student Programmes team, led by the Student Programmes Officer, provide support to staff and students across all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes within the Department. You will initially be based in the School of Mathematical Sciences but may be expected to work within other department Student Programmes Teams within the faculty as required.
The ideal candidate for this role will take a collaborative approach, contributing to continuous improvement, problem solving and promoting consistency. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys a diverse workload and can adapt to working with a wide range of colleagues. Attention to detail will be key, as will the ability to develop positive, productive and supportive working relationships.
This is a student-facing role and requires on-campus presence, with some opportunity for hybrid working.
