Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. is seeking a software engineer to design and implement features and tests for Spectrum Analyzer applications, using C++ and Python in a challenging RF environment.

You will work with wireless standards such as WLAN, Bluetooth and UWB, supporting customers in avionics, automotive electronics and mobile communications, and collaborating with UK, Germany and worldwide teams to stay at the forefront of RF engineering.

Formación

• Proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Experience in testing complex software.
• Familiarity with wireless communication standards.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement features and tests for Spectrum Analyzers applications.
• Collaborate on WLAN, Bluetooth and UWB for customers in avionics and mobile comms.
• Investigate customer requests and provide effective solutions.
• Apply software development and testing strategies in C++/Python.

• Design and implementation of specific features and tests for applications running on Spectrum Analysers.
• Working with communication standards such as WLAN, Bluetooth, UWB and others for customers in such fields as avionics, automotive electronics and mobile communications.
• Investigation and providing solutions to customer requests.
• Learning about the development of complex software applications using C++, Python or similar languages and the strategies used for testing those applications.
• Working independently or collaborating with industry experts in the UK, Germany and worldwide to gain knowledge of the latest and upcoming wireless communication technologies and RF engineering.
• Participating in ongoing improvement and innovation initiatives within the team.
